  1. I am so pleased to find your site. I am an Ethiopian living in Belgium and I think your recipe for Injera is the best one so far.

    my Ethiopian mom assumes I know all the steps she forgot to include, in her recipe, and anyway its very expensive to spend the time on the phone to my mom going over the recipe, easier to find it at Owlhaven… So, Thank you for the reason you got into the business of making Ethiopian food, and for your ability to communicate it so clearly. I would suggest posting it (if you have time) on utube, that was my first destination, and there is a lot of interesting advice but nothing is complete… very frustrating! I like your blog!
