  2. How wonderful! Even with the chilly temps they looked like they had a great time!

  3. It’s NEVER to cold to swim when you’re a kid! Looks like everyone had a great time!!!

  4. Mmm! Good times! That last shot is PRICELESS!

  5. What a fun time!

  6. awesome! what joy!

  7. It looks like the weather dodn’t effect a thing! Lock your doors, I’m on my way LOL…

  8. Looks wonderful – makes me want to jump in too.

  9. Hahaha! I love your son’s t-shirt.

  10. Hi Mary,
I’m wishing for your pool – it looks so lovely and inviting. Here in CT it was 95 yesterday and going to be 100 today. They even have called for early dismissal in the schools because of the extreme heat!!

I was happy to see all the kids were able to swim for the party.

  11. If you hadn’t of told us, I’d have thought it was 80 degrees that day. 🙂

Such beautiful children – looks like everyone had a blast.

  12. If there’s a pool, kids will swim. Doesn’t matter the temperature.

What a fun party. Here’s hoping you get much family joy from your pool this summer.

  13. Looks like such fun! I hope to have a pool for our children soon. I had to read your blog because it is so unusual to find someone with more children than I. My fiance’ and I have 9 combined. I have 6 from previous marriage and he has 3. They are ranging in age from 3 to 19. And we just were blessed with our first grandchild! Check out my blog at http://lifewithour9.blogspot.com. Blogging is my way of taking a break and learning things from other parents. Hope to see you there.

  14. Even with the cold, it looks like everyone had a fabulous time. I miss backyard pools. We had one all during my growing up years. So many fun memories. Blue lips and all : )

  15. Can I get two of those t-shirts in a size 3T?

Looks like money well spent Mary. Growing up, we had a pool and it was wonderful. I’m sure that your kids will make many many happy memories in that sparkling water.

  16. That looks like SO much fun.
We’re not setting up our big pool this year – instead, we’re just going to get a shallow one for the summer, thanks to the Baby’s risk-lovin’ nature. I will miss my pool….

  17. Okay- first of all I LOVE LOVE LOVE your blog. And second of all- as a fellow Idaho girl- it must be nice to be mentioned on CNN!! I grew up in Inkom- outside of Pocatello. Whohoo! Now third- your children are very cute. I must ask- are some of them adopted? We adopted 18 months ago- and I am still paying for it, and will be for another 4 years. (His adoption was roughly $45k) If you could give me some tips on how to adopt more children with out having to go privately I would appreciate it!
