Cut all juicy parts out of oranges and cut skins into slices.
Blanch in boiling water, then simmer in sugar water for 30-60 min.
Drain and bake on a drying rack in a 200 degree oven for an hour.
Here the oranges are all dry and crystal-sugary wonderful.
