Garden lunch

We’ve been eating chard out of the greenhouse for awhile, but today I picked our first 2 zucchini, along with a handful of snow peas, which we enjoyed in a yummy stirfry for lunch.  Yeah!!  Summertime, here we come!

  3. It’s finally gotten ripen-the-veggies hot in our corner of the world. I may slice up the first tomato of the season for supper tonight and the zucchini and cucmber plants went crazy this weekend! They can’t be too far behind – woohoo!

  4. I am so excited for things to start coming on. We have a new favorite thing to do with zucchini. Cut long ways, brush with a little olive oil on both sides, grill and sprinkle each side with a little lemon pepper. So good. I can’t wait for tomato sandwiches either. Love them.:)
