Product Review: Dawn Simple Pleasures

Recently I was sent a sample of Dawn Simple Pleasures. This is a dish soap with an air freshener in the base. I have to say I’ve really enjoyed having this on my counter this week. I like the Water Lily and Jasmine scent a lot, and the dish soap works well too. I usually buy generic brand liquid dish soap, but I liked this enough that I’ll be pricing this next time I go to the store.

  1. check in with julia, she is in the hospital. something about a positive FFN test and continueing contractions. it kind of sounds better now, but much like missy, i don’t know nothin’ ’bout birthin’ no babies! so i’ve just been praying really hard for julia and the 13s!

  2. I use Dawn already, so I’ll have to try this!

  3. I love Dawn simple pleasures. It really freshens up the kitchen.

  4. In my zest to save money I decided to try all the brands of dish soap. I had always used Dawn and never tried anything else. After the last bottle of random stuff was almost gone, P looked at me and said “Were going back to dawn, right?!” Even he noticed a differance. I have never bought anything else since. I don’t know though, if I will ever pay the extra to have an air fresher on the bottom.

  5. How on earth do you get all these samples? I’d love to do some product reviews for someone!!

I haven’t used Dawn, so I’ll have to look that one up. There are always coupons in the paper for it.

  6. Being terribly allergic to air fresheners, I’ll walk on by this one.

When I absolutely must wash dishes in the sink (and not use the machine) I use original Palmolive…..the one recommended by Madge in the commercials when I was a kid.
It is also nice for my cuticles, which I tend to wiggle and pull if they get dry.

  7. sorry mary… you won’t convince me on this one… to frou-frou for me. {giggle} 🙂

  8. I’m stuck on Dawn, so this is a great tip! Thanks!
