$41, people. Not nearly as cheap as many of you thought, but still, I am very pleased, especially considering I got lots of name brand excellent quality goodies. The winner is Andrea, who guessed $42. I will be sending her a copy of the book I reviewed last week “Logged on and Tuned Out”. So email me your address, Andrea, OK? It was fun to hear everyone’s guesses!
The real price of all that yard sale stuff
September 27, 2007
I think that’s a great bargain! You could look at it as having paid only about $1 per item. 🙂
Oh, I so want to get to some yard sales before they are done for the year.
Thanks Mary! Whoo- hoo!!
bummer – i guessed $40 to my husband but was too lazy to enter!! I was surprised by the really low guesses and thought maybe I just live in the wrong area of the country
I was going to guess $40.99.
I love your Yard Sale Booty posts. I think the one you did last year was one of your firsts posts I ever read. I bow in awe to your energy and frugality.
I didn’t get here in time either, but that’s almost $1 an item. Sounds like darn good shopping to me. I don’t know where those other people are shopping but it’s sure not in my neck of the woods.
That’s abuot $1 item, so it sounds good to me!
wow!! nice gets!
GREAT price. Wow. I want to come to your yard sales. Our here are practically retail prices.
Hello people. It’s a YARD SALE.
I was waaaayyyyy off. I’d make a rotten “The Price is Right” contestant. Still, $41 is awesome!
