A thing of beauty is a joy forever

….or at least till they mess it up next.

I was so pleased to get this new wire shelving installed in my little girls’ closet to help tame the mess. Also got some new shelves up high in the garage on which to store the bins of clothes that don’t currently fit anyone. Feels so good to get some little bits of my life organized a little better! Next stop – laundry room!

(PS– I added a photo to my Little Skater story)

  9. That looks wonderful – so well organized. I used to find – yea those many years ago when my children were still young – that as soon as I organized all the toys they weren’t even really playing much with anyway they suddenly took on new interest for them. Before I knew what was happening, eveything was out and strewn around the house again! Ah well – such is life.

  17. ooooohhhhh! NICE! I LOVE getting organized! : ) We are desperately in need of some organzing in our garage with the stacks of plastic tubs of clothes that don’t fit anybody!!!! And our kiddos closet – yep….we could use some organizing there too! So…..how did you do that w/ their clothes? I couldn’t see that in the pic! : )

  19. Hi Shawnda, We are spoiled because that closet is actually two closets. I fit all their clothes into the half-closet to the right in the picture (It has a double rod.) The half closet on the left is almost empty…hmm…what will we do with all that space? I don’t know how long it will last, but I’ll enjoy it while it does. meanwhile, my girls are finding their toys very enthralling, being so organized and all…

  1. […] four year old’s closet was pretty decent to start with, since I gave it an overhaul several weeks ago. But I’ve pulled the last four Rubbermaids of hand-me-downs out of it to make it obvious we […]
