Those look SO pretty. Beth canned apricots and I can't seem to put them away because they're just so pretty. There is something peacefully domestic about canned produce. I must be weird.

That is what I loved most about canning, back in the day when I did so.
We started picking ours about a week ago. I've been thinking of putting some up. They look beautiful, sitting there, all lined up. You must feel like you put in a good day's work.
I did my pickles a week ago and I still have them on display. There is something so satisfying about "putting up" garden produce.
