Never Obey….

Question: When a 3 year old says, “I found the scissors, mommy, so don’t look,”does she really think her momma is dumb enough to obey?

(As far as I can tell, she doesn’t have any hair missing, but I probably oughta go check out her bedroom to make sure nothing else bears the telltale signs of scissoring without a license.)

  1. Oh no! Hopefully everything is still intact.

    "So don't look" Hee hee.

  2. What a great phrase "scissoring without a license".
I'll have to remember it when I get back into being a daycare teacher!

  3. Those scissors are such a temptation! My niece's hair has still not grown out all the way from her attempt at hair dressing.

I hope you didn't find anything totally cut up. 🙂

  4. she is so funny. i love it when you post about her!

  5. I SO cut my bangs when I was 5. My Dad continually asked me "did you cut your hair?" And I (with bangs barely below my hairline) continually answered "No, Daddy, uhuh". Go check :))

  6. I hope this isn't the case, but if you find anything shorter, smaller, or just plain in-half… remember, we want pictures.

  7. I think it is so cute when they just give it away like that. She's just not sneaky enough. Yet. ;D

  8. I love finding snowflakes made out of clothing! :S

  9. Heeee!!! Glad to know I'm not the only one whose kids are so "creative"

  10. AAAAHHHHHH! Kids with scissors, really scary. One of my kiddos cut some hair off of the dog. Of course, no one will admit to it.
